Welcome to Mrs. Dawn Swoape's ESL Class

Hello students and families!  My name is Dawn Swoape, and I am one of the ESL teachers at Rock Springs Elementary.  I have been in education since 1997, and a teacher with Rutherford County Schools since 2001.  I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Instructional Design and Technology.  I have taught both as a grade level classroom teacher and as an ESL teacher.  I am married to Austin Swoape and have two daughters (Madison and Makenzie) and one grandson (Elijah).  I love sports, boating, the beach, and animals!  Please feel free to reach out to me if you need any help or have any concers.  It's going to be a great year!
